Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of danishishfaq.online and the SEO audit tool at danishishfaq.online/audit (the "Service"), including the free plan and the paid Pro and Agency plans. By using the Service or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Service is provided by Mohammad Danish Ishfaq, a sole proprietor based in Pakistan, trading as "Danish Ishfaq" at danishishfaq.online ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: support@danishishfaq.online.

2. The Service

The audit tool checks a public web page you enter and produces a report covering on-page SEO, links, performance, social tags, local SEO and technology. Some data comes from third-party services, such as Google PageSpeed Insights. Reports are automated and for information only.

  • Free plan: 1 website every 24 hours.
  • Pro plan: $20 per month, 50 website audits per billing month.
  • Agency plan: $50 per month, 200 website audits per billing month.

One audit is one website. Re-running the same website within 24 hours does not use another audit. Unused audits do not carry over to the next month. Current prices and features are shown on the Pricing page.

3. Payments and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com or Lemon Squeezy (whichever processes your order). They handle checkout, payment, invoicing, sales tax/VAT, and customer service enquiries about payments and refunds. Their buyer terms also apply to your purchase. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Free trial

Paid plans start with a 2-day free trial. A payment method is required at checkout. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and the first monthly fee is charged. Each customer may use one free trial. We may refuse or end a trial that we reasonably believe is being misused, for example several trials taken by the same person.

5. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime from the link in your subscription email or by emailing support@danishishfaq.online. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then and are not charged again.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period, and you can cancel before then if you don't agree.

6. Refunds

Because you can use the free plan and the free trial before paying, payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Access keys

After you subscribe you receive a personal access key. Keep it private. A key is for use by you or, on the Agency plan, your team. Do not publish, sell or share it outside your business. We may reset or disable a key that appears to be shared publicly or misused. You are responsible for audits run with your key.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use bots, scripts or scrapers to run audits or to get around usage limits;
  • use the Service to overload, attack or test the security of any website or system;
  • resell, rebrand or offer the Service itself (rather than its reports) to others;
  • try to access parts of the Service or server that are not meant to be public;
  • use the Service for anything unlawful.

We may limit, suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

9. Your reports

You may use, download and share the reports you generate, including with your own clients. The Service itself, its software, design and wording remain our property. Shared report links are visible to anyone who has the link, and saved reports are deleted after 180 days.

10. No guarantees

The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free, uninterrupted, or that following its recommendations will improve your search rankings, traffic or sales. Third-party data (for example PageSpeed scores) can vary between runs. Some websites block automated checks, so we cannot audit every site.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or rankings. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have under consumer law where you live.

12. Other services

Website development, technical SEO and AI automation projects are agreed separately, by written quote or agreement. These Terms cover the audit tool and the website only.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make an important change that affects paying customers, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection you have under the laws of the country where you live.
