Pricing FAQ
How does the 2-day free trial work?
Pro and Agency start with a 2-day free trial. You add a payment method at checkout but you're not charged during the trial. If you don't cancel before the 2 days are up, your plan starts and the first monthly payment is taken. One free trial per customer.
What counts as one audit?
One audit is one website. Once you've audited a website, you can re-run it as often as you like for the next 24 hours without using another audit, which is handy for checking a fix.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the link in your subscription email, or email support@danishishfaq.online. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
The free plan and the 2-day free trial let you try the full tool before you pay, so payments are non-refundable. The exceptions are covered in the Refund Policy, for example a duplicate charge or a service that didn't work and couldn't be fixed.
How do I use my plan after paying?
You get a personal access key by email. Paste it into the "Have a plan? Enter your access key" box on the audit page and your plan is active on that browser. You can use the same key on your other devices.
Which payment methods can I use?
Major credit and debit cards, plus other methods our payment partner supports in your country, such as PayPal. You get a proper invoice/receipt with tax shown for every payment.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Email support@danishishfaq.online and I'll move you between Pro and Agency. The new price applies from your next billing date.
